We're Hire & Hire — a South African recruitment firm run by people who genuinely like this part: finding someone the job they've been dreaming of, and phoning them to say so.

We know the feeling, and we wanted to change it. And so, Hire & Hire was born.

The Employer Playbook
Brief
A proper chat about the role. What it actually needs, and who they'll be working with.
Search
We go and find people. Adverts, networks, referrals, direct approach.
Shortlist
Only people we'd actually vouch for, with our reasoning attached.
Interview
We coordinate diaries and prep both sides, so nobody walks in cold.
Placement
Offer, negotiation, notice period, start date. We see it through to their first day.
Follow-up
We check in a week in, and again at a month — and we're here well after that.
